Instructions:
Cold Compress: Store in Freezer
Hot Compress: Heat bag in microwave in 30 second intervals until desired warmth. REMOVE AND MASSAGE BAG EVERY 30 SECONDS TO DISTRIBUTE HEAT EVENLY.
